My love for the gospel

I have started reading Preach my Gospel along with my studying of the Book of Mormon. I am so excited at the thought of serving a mission. I can't wait to put my papers in next summer. I absolutely love this gospel and the comfort it can bring to anyone. I love the fact that we have a loving prophet who can give us guidance and direction, I love the fact that I can pray whenever and about whatever and that I will always get an answer. Its not always how I think it will go but I always get an answer. I am grateful for the people I have met here in Louisiana. The gospel is true wherever you go. This ward makes it so much easier to adjust to everything here. I received a calling,  I am now the relief society activities committee member. I plan activities :) and I am a visiting teacher. Feels kinda scary to officially be in relief society and have callings!! But I love the opportunity to serve!

Officially been here 5 weeks.

I am really enjoying this adventure. I love the ward here, making some really good friends. I went out to dinner and a movie with one of the girls last night. It was great:) I get alomg great with the family. I am learning a ton of stuff too, mostly life lessons;) but its all good. As we are (should be) preparing for general conference I challenge any one who reads this to have questions in your mind that you need/want an answer too. I did this last time and all of my questions were answered. Not all at once but they were answered and it has blessed me greatly. I love and miss you all. Christmas will be a party. And hopefully I jave some good stories to share with y'all by then!! <3

Baton Rouge

Some pictures of our flight. I got some of the Mississippi River and the bridge. And one of them is the temple at night.

Dallas Cowboys Stadium

We went and took a VIP tour. Love it. The tv screen on the big side is twice the size of a basketball court!! We got to see the lounges and clubs in the stadium. The suites, where Jerry Jones sits, the cheerleaders locker rooms, the players locker room, etc.
I got my picture with the pictures of Jason Witten and Demarcus Ware.
